She is finally here! We arrived at the hospital at 6:00 a.m. got my I.V took care of lots of paperwork, cut the stitch out and I was induced. I was in labor at 9:00 a.m. Each time the nurse checked me I had progressed by 3 centimeters! They didn't think I would deliver before 6 that night but by 12:45 I was a full 10! My doctor had to deliver an emergency so they made me sit there with her head half inch from coming out for an hour! That was the hardest part of the day. The pressure was pretty great and I felt like I HAD to push the whole time but couldn't. So when I was finally able to, I pushed 3 times within 30 seconds and she was out! Born at 1:43 p.m. She was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long. Perfect little angel.
