HUBBY TAG
Anne tagged me, so here is a little info about Cody!

1. What is his name? Cody Ray Johnson
2. How long have you been married? 2 years this January 21st!
3. How long did you date? 2 1/2 years! I still give Cody a bad time about this (he has a hard time committing) but we met when we were 18 so any sooner would have been crazy
4. How old is he? 23
5. Who eats more sweets? Definitely me. He's constantly telling me not to buy any more from the grocery store because then he eats them. I tell him not to and then more for me but he says "if it's there I'm going to eat it" he tells me I'm horrible (and I AM) cuz sometimes if there's desert I can't concentrate on my dinner cuz I am so excited about desert...am I 5?
6. Who said I love you first? I did, and then he said it back but told me months later that it scared the heck out of him

7. Who is taller? Cody is (and I'm glad) he's 5'11 and I'm 5'5
8. Who can sing better? He would say me but it's only because he doesn't ever do it. If the radio is on in the car it just happens, there's no controlling it, and 99% of the time even if I'm singing, Cody doesn't even realize there's a song on, he really tunes music out and NEVER knows the words, but I heard a quote from an LDS artist that I LOVE "You don't have to be a good singer to sing, you just have to have something to sing about!"















9. Who is smarter? hhhmmm, it depends. Cody is more of a realist than I am and is smarter with math, numbers, money (I don't admit that to him though =)) etc. but when it comes to music, english, writing, life (ha ha) then I would say me!
10. Who does the laundry? I do most of the time cuz Cody's not home too often, but occassionally he will throw stuff in and then I'll finish it
11. Who pays the bills? Cody does. I have told him many times that I will do it because I have PLENTY of time to take care of it, but if any of you know Cody, he is extremely anal about finances and doesn't think I'll pay them, I don't know why I have NEVER been late on any payment in my life but oh well, I'm not going to fight him too hard about it cuz it's not a job that I'm dying to take over =) But I balance the checkbook most of the time














12. Who sleeps on the right side? Cody does, it used to be my spot because I ALWAYS lay on my left side and I like to face him when I sleep but once I was getting up to go to the bathroom 10 times a night at the end of my pregnancy and now getting up with Brinklee, the left side is closest to the door so we switched.
13. Who mows the lawn? Cody does the lawn and I take care of the weeds and all the detail work cuz he will skim over the little weeds and leave them and it drives me crazy
14. Who cooks dinner? Lately it is a feed yourself home because we don't eat dinner together with Cody's job, so he takes leftovers and I usually grab whatever's around the house. But he did get the day shift so in a week we will have dinner together again! And I always do the cooking, I love it.
15. Who drives? Cody, not really sure why cuz I am definitely the better driver out of the two of us and the one with the smallest driving record but I also would prefer to be the passenger and the car radio DJ anyday.
16. Who kissed who first? I did, you wouldn't think this but Cody used to be WAY shy and I had to make all the moves for awhile, then he finally got a clue =)















17. Who asked who out first? I did. I waited for him to do it and he later said that he wanted to but was too afraid to, so one day after class (we had psychology together) I gave him my number on a Friday and told him to call me over the weekend. He said he was going out of town but he'd call. And he did. We soon went to the movies and saw "Scary Movie" the lamest movie ever! But it's the company you're with that counts
18. Who proposed? Cody did, after I bugged him about it for 2 years =) The proposal plans kept getting messed up! He was going to do it on the Eifel Tower in Paris, that fell through, then he had a cave in St. George lit up with candles, a movie of us playing, roses, dinner, etc. then I blew that one, then we had success at the temple grounds with him in his church suit at the top of the St. George temple stairs with roses and my ring. I loved it, but he'll never let me forget how I blew the cave one, and I still kick myself for it.
19. Who has more siblings? Definitley me. I have 4 sisters, 5 brothers and Cody has 1 brother and 1 sister.
20. Who wears the pants? Ha ha, if you asked Cody he would say he does, if you asked me I would say I do, but really I'd say it's pretty equal. We do really well talking things out and compromising cuz we both have strong personalities, but Cody probably gives in on things more than I do. What a guy!
