Bridger is 5 weeks now and life is getting a little less overwhelming, still exhausting from being up all night but I don't feel so outnumbered anymore. Brinklee adores her little brother and is always SO eager to help at any chance she gets. It's so entertaining to watch her mimic everything I do with him on her babies and the funny things she comes up with and says. I walked into the room the other day and she had gotten two tupperware bowls out and said "I'm making a bottle." (I haven't been able to nurse Bridger I have only been able to pump, so she watches me do that all day long and is now copying, it was so funny). As we were walking out the door last week, I ran downstairs to grab a burp rag and came back to this. Before I saw her I heard her say "I put lotion on the baby." I didn't know what she was talking about until I saw her with the tube of sunscreen. I bit my tongue, so frustrated cuz we were already running late, turned around, grabbed my camera, and then cleaned it up later. I love the look on her face that says "I'm in trouble."
