- Today we celebrated Copelands 2nd Birthday, it amazes me that it has already been two years. Today has been a bitter sweet day for me as I have reflected back on so many events and emotions that took place when he was born. What an amazing growing experience. As I have grown over the past two years and gained a better understanding for faith and prayer it has helped me to look back on his life with a smile and find more peace than I had before. It has made me appreciate so many things in my life especially my family. I am so grateful for them and for every day I have to spend with them. I know without a doubt in my mind that our little boy is in the hollow of the Fathers hand on the other side doing His work. Copeland made me a better person, wife and mother and continues to make me want to do my best so we can all be together again someday and I can finally raise him and watch him grow. I KNOW families are forever and it is the most precious gift we are given. I love my family and love Copeland with all my heart. Thank you everybody who has been such a huge support to Cody and I these past two years, we love you and are so grateful to you. Thanks again mom for putting balloons on his grave for me, (I'll post the picture as soon as I get it)

I cant believe that has been two years ago. It seems like yesterday we were at the hospital visiting you guys. You guys are strong people to beable to go through that. Happy Birthday Copeland. PS. Brinklee is so dang cute I cant wait to see her!

I know what it feels like I lost my son 4 years ago he was a 1 1/2 I know when his bday comes around we do things for him and celebrate it. Okay, so totally make me cry! You are amazing to me to handle such a tragedy with triumph. We love you guys, and we love Copeland! I am so grateful that I was able to see him alive. I am excited to see you soon!
