I decided to make Copeland a choo-choo train cake for his birthday. It was a little rough since I didn't know what I was doing and tried to form it from a soft fluffy cake that I made (not knowing I should have altered the recipe a little to make it more firm and easier) better luck next time I guess! (Like my teddy graham engineer?!)
